If you have completed a manual installation but network adapter drives we unable to be reinstalled follow the below steps.

1. Open command prompt and run “sfc /scannow” from elevated cmd prompt (administrator). This may take some time. Once completed reboot and check internet connection. If no connection completed the below step.

2.  ESET Firewall may not have been uninstalled correctly. This could be blocking the reinstallation or drivers.

Open network and sharing centre => change adapter settings => right click on local area connection and select properties.

Connections will be shown and if ESET firewall is located in list come an uninstall.

Reboot and have end user check internet connection.

If the above doesn't work you will need to speak with Rodney or Sachin.
