*Domain Validation**: Confirm that the domain has been properly validated. You can check this by navigating to `Academy > Settings > Domain Branding` on the Phished platform. Ensure that the light next to the domain has turned green, indicating successful validation.

*DNS Settings**: Verify that the DNS settings have been correctly configured. This includes adding the necessary TXT record and CNAME reference as provided by the Phished platform during the domain setup.

*SSL Handshake Error**: If you encounter an SSL handshake error, it may indicate that the URL of your Academy is not live yet. Double-check the domain synchronization status as mentioned above.
