Option 1:
Try to forgot the password 'choose offline reset link ' , see the steps from below

Enter Safe mode:
1. Press and hold the Power key until the "Power off" screen is displayed.

2. Tap and hold the "Power Off" icon until the “Safe mode” option is displayed.

3. Tap “Safe mode”.

4. Your device will restart to show the home screen in Safe mode.

Power on your device in Safe mode:
1. Power off your device.
2. Power on your device.
3. When the Samsung logo appears by itself, press and hold the Volume down key.
4. The device will switch on in Safe mode. "Safe mode" will be displayed on the bottom left of the screen.

When you see safe mode, just uninstall the ESET Mobile Security : [KB2713] Uninstall or reinstall ESET Mobile Security for Android
Once you successfully uninstall the ESET Mobile Security > Turn off Safe mode :
1. Press and hold the Power key.
2. Tap "Restart".
