Do the below guide :

1. Go to ESET MSP > Find the customer > activated units section > deactivate the ESET features of the device that they are not using or old computer)

2. Then Open ESET PROTECT go to license management > click Synchronize license (To updates the new count of the license ) then test or try to do an activation of ESET Features
