If you are experiencing Errors on Backup Jobs for BA365, it could be due to the large size of the Mailbox, please try the below steps to resolve:
  1. Using a local SSD drive may increase performance
  2. It is recommended to create dedicated tasks for large mailboxes.
  3. It is also recommended to create separate tasks for different time periods. E.g. 
a) Task "Main Job - Emails before 2020". Set the date range to “On and before 31.12.2019"
b) Task "Main Job - Emails 2020-2023". Set the date range from "01.01.2020" to "31.12.2023"
c) Task "Main Job - Emails after 2024". Set the date range to "On or after 01.01.2024"
It makes sense to create and run the tasks b), c),... after the previous task downloads all items for the corresponding time period.
The last task could be scheduled. The first ones are not needed to be scheduled.

IMPORTANT: Please use different destination folders for those tasks. E.g.

\\CRABKP-NAS\BA-365\Before2020,
\\CRABKP-NAS\BA-365\2020-2023
\\CRABKP-NAS\BA-365\After2024
