To be able to see the active device from your license you will need to create an account to your ESET Home, see the below procedure:


Note : Your associated email address should be the email address that you input when you purchased ESET license


 
 
1. Open ESET Home web Portal > then from the right lower part of the page click > 'Create account' 
 


 
2. Type your valid email address : emailaddress and click Continue with email. 

3. Type a password, and select the appropriate country. These fields are required for registration. 

4. Click Create account and log in. 

5. A verification email will be sent to your email address. Click the link in the email to 'confirm' your registration. You will be  automatically logged in to your account. 

6. Once you successfully login to your ESET Home Account, check to see if under the heading 'Subscriptions' it shows your subscription, if not follow the below:
  •  At the top right, click + Add subscription
  • Type or copy a valid activation key :  AUXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX into the blank field and click Add subscription.

7. Once the license key has been sync to your ESET Home Web portal  > from the left side hand corner of the page go to > 'All subscription' 

8. From 'Subscription ' section > find your subscription then click on 'Open subscription


9. After clicking 'Open subscription' you will be able to see the list of activated device on the right.
