Solution

Download ESET VPN from ESET HOME

Follow the process in this article to download, install and activate ESET VPN directly from ESET HOME.

VPN quantity per subscription

The number of VPN seats does not match the number of subscription tier seats. For example, if your subscription tier provides five seats, you can activate up to 10 VPN seats.

ESET Home Security Ultimate 1–10 seats	Up to 10
ESET Home Security Ultimate 11–25 seats	Up to 25

ESET VPN installation for Windows

Log in to your ESET HOME account.
Instructions to download ESET VPN from ESET HOME
Click Continue. By clicking Continue, you accept the End User License Agreement and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Type or copy/paste the VPN activation code you received in the email from ESET HOME and click Activate.

Select the appropriate location and change the protocol as needed. Click the power button to turn on the ESET VPN.

Log in to your ESET HOME account.
