To correctly stop managing a customer, follow these steps:

First, ensure you have full access permissions in your ESET MSP Administrator account.

Important: This process will not uninstall ESET applications from client devices. It only removes applied policies, stops the agent from reconnecting, and removes the devices and client from your MSP and PROTECT consoles. To uninstall ESET from client devices, run a Software Uninstall – Client task only for the EP Security.

ESET MSP Administrator:
Since the client’s current billing cycle has not finished, suspend the client first to stop further billing. Once the billing cycle ends (after the 1st/2nd of the following month), you can proceed to remove the client.
