PROTECT Console

The following step will not uninstall ESET applications from clients’ devices, it will simply remove any applied policies & stop the agent reconnecting.


If you need to uninstall ESET EP & Agent, first run an Software uninstall - client task

NOTE: Make sure all devices are online before completing steps 1 and 2 in the instructions above.

Once you run step 2, the devices will stop connecting back to your console, you can proceed to step 3.

If the devices have been decommissioned and are not connecting to your console, proceed straight to step 3.

After completing the steps above, verify that any removed devices no longer appear under the company’s activated devices in MSP Administrator
