Both are enabled by default. To turn them on or off, simply:

1.Open the ESET app on the device you want to protect

2.Go to Advanced Setup > HIPS

3.Expand the Ransomware Shield menu using the “+” icon

4.Enable or disable as needed

5.Ransomware Remediation appears under the same menu
