Please see the attached reference. We previously encountered a similar situation with another client using a phishing simulation that was being blocked by ESET.

For your reference, kindly download the attached file and follow the guide provided. You will need to create exclusions in both Web Access Protection and the ESET Firewall. Specifically, we allowed the IP addresses and domain names provided by the phishing simulation vendor.
