Microsoft had an issue with installation of network filters in one of the previous builds of Windows 10, so at this point we cannot rule out that it's a similar situation on your PC that hasn't been fixed yet.
Removing Epfw Lightweight filter from your LAN settings and reinstalling ESS should work. If you want to avoid re installation, install epfwlwf.sys from C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Drivers\epfwlwf manually.
To do this follow the below steps:
1. Open the ESET program
2. Disable Self Defense -> Click on 'Setup' -> Click on 'Enter Advance setup'
3. In Advance setup expand and click on the '+' next to the word 'Computer' on the left panel -> Then click on the word 'HIPS' -> on the right panel remove the tick next to 'Enable Self-defense'. A Pop up Message will appear 'A computer restart is needed for the change to take effect' Select OK.
4. Once the PC reboots go to Windows Explorer and navigate to the following location:C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\Drivers\epfwlwf.
Locate the file inside that folder called 'EpfwLwf.inf' right click on the file and select 'Install'
5. Reboot the PC. If this has fixed the issue got to step 6, if not go to step 7.
6. Once rebooted you need to follow steps 2 & 3 again, but this time re-enable self defense by ensure there is a tick in the box. Reboot if required.
7. If this has not fixed the issue contact support again for remote assistance. Microbe offers remote assistance Mon-Fri between 9.30 am till 4.30 pm. Call 1300 88 3456 and advise the technician of your ticket ID.
