The OneDrive protection is currently showing as Pending because there is no OneDrive instance available for the user. This usually occurs when OneDrive has not yet been provisioned or the user has never accessed it.
Microsoft only creates the OneDrive storage location once the user signs in and completes the initial setup. If OneDrive has not been activated, ESET Cloud Office Security will show the status as Pending, which can be safely ignored since there is no OneDrive data available to protect.
If OneDrive protection is required in the future, please have the user access OneDrive via Microsoft 365 and complete the initial setup. Once provisioned, ESET Cloud Office Security should automatically detect it and begin protection.
